"I booked through dollar.com, i don’t get why..."
I booked through dollar.com, i don’t get why anyone would complain about the location. The pickup spot was right near the airport exit, so I wasn’t stuck wandering around or dragging my bags all over the place. Drop-off was close by too, which made the trip way less of a hassle. I’d definitely use them again...

"My refund showed up way sooner than I expected"
I was expecting the refund process to take a while, because that’s usually how these things go, but it came back much quicker than I thought it would. I didn’t have to keep following up or deal with any annoying back-and-forth, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Pretty good experience with Dollar Rent A Car. Mostly because of the staff. Calm, polite, no pressure. They explained everything clearly too. No weird attitude. No rushing me through it.
One guy at the counter helped with a small issue I had. Made it simple. Rentals can be stressful sometimes, but this went fine. I’d use them again.

"Pretty solid deal if you know what to expect"
I booked through dollar.com because, reading between the lines, it was clearly one of the cheaper options compared to the others I looked at. The car was clean, pickup went smoother than I expected, and I didn’t get hit with any random extra charges. For the price, I can’t complain

"Easy weekend rental with a decent backup option"
I used dollar.com to book a car for the weekend and was surprised by how many options they had available. The exact car I chose wasn’t there when I arrived, which was a little annoying, but they got me into a similar one quickly. It wasn’t totally seamless, but it wasn’t a big deal either. The car worked fine for what I needed, and I’d probably rent from them again

I got the car and it was really clean, with no strange smells or dents that I noticed. It drove smoothly the whole time, it was in better condition than I expected. Overall, I’d say it was a solid choice and I’d be happy to use it again.

"Roadside help came through, eventually"
Got a flat tire during my rental and had to call Dollar roadside assistance. i was already tired of dealing with customer service stuff that day, so waiting on the phone for a bit didn’t help. But once I finally got through and they got everything set up, the tow guy showed up quickly and took care of it. It wasn’t totally smooth, but it also wasn’t a huge headache in the end. I’d still give it 4 stars.

The price was laid out clearly from the start, and the taxes and fees showed up before I paid, so... yeah, no guessing. It was just nice not to get hit with some random extra charge later

"Pickup was way faster than I expected"
My pickup with Dollar went way better than I thought it would. I was kind of expecting, you know, a long line and a lot of waiting, but it actually moved fast.
I think I was only there maybe 10 minutes before I had the keys in my hand. The guy at the counter was nice too, and he didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated or pushy.
The car was already right outside, so… yeah, no extra standing around or anything. Overall it was really smooth, and I’d definitely use dollar.com again.

"Deposit was returned surprisingly fast"
I had a good experience with dollar.com. I was a little nervous about how the deposit would be handled, but it ended up being totally fine. It came back quicker than I expected, with no random charges or having to follow up. Everything was straightforward, which was a nice surprise and really all I was hoping for.
